An email will also be sent to you with a link to your unique personal GoldCompany account and our online GoldTrak system. Login at any time to view the step-by-step status of your GoldPak, from the time you request it to the time we complete your payment. Email updates will also be sent, notifying you of your GoldPak’s movement.
There are a few simple steps in preparing your GoldPak, detailed in the instructions we send you. You will insert the items you wish to sell, complete a form with your contact and preferred payment details, and include a photocopy of one piece of ID.
Your GoldPak is then ready to send.
To give peace of mind to our customers, every Secure GoldPak is registered for tracking while en route to us as well as insured for $10,000. Upon request, we are also happy to offer an overnight insured courier service that will collect your parcel from your home or office. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, clients may rest assured that they are protected. For tracking, you will simply take your sealed Secure GoldPak to any Australia Post office counter to register it.
The GoldCompany will send you an automated email the moment your GoldPak arrives at our facility, to notify you of its arrival.
Your personal gold specialist will evaluate your gold within 1-2 business days of receiving your GoldPak, phone you to advise of the value and answer any questions you may have. At The GoldCompany, you do not have an immediate obligation to sell your gold; we feel you have the right to know what your gold is worth prior to processing it.
The GoldCompany GoldTrak system will complete your payment transaction on the same business day that you accept our offer to buy your gold. In other words, depending on which method of payment you select, your cheque is printed and posted, or your bank transfer is processed the very same day.However, there is no obligation to sell your items if you are not happy. If you choose not to accept the offer, The GoldCompany will return your items to you through the trackable, registered and fully insured Return GoldPak, at no cost to you.
